5. Profile Visibility and Control

You control your profile visibility within the Platform:

– Public Profile: Visible to employers
– Private Profile: Hidden from employer discovery

You may change your visibility settings at any time.

a. With Employers

When you apply to a job or make your profile public, your profile information—including your resume, responses, video content, and any information you choose to provide (such as work authorization status)—may be accessed by employers using the Platform for the purpose of evaluating candidates.
